SMS Messaging Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Hard Fork Transportation Inc (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. SMS Messaging Service
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Hard Fork Transportation Inc. for the following purposes:

  • Delivery notifications messages
  • Customer care messages
  • Account notification messages

Messages may be sent by automated systems or staff. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You will receive customer care messages, account notification messages, and delivery notification messages only.


2. Message Frequency
You may receive recurring messages. Frequency varies based on your interaction with us, but you can expect up to 4 messages per month on average. We may adjust the message frequency as needed. Neither Hard Fork Transportation Inc nor mobile carriers are responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.


3. Charges

5. Opt-Out / Cancelation
You can cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you’ll receive a final message confirming your request has been processed. No further texts will be sent unless you re-enroll.
